Today different workspaces cannot add service items to the same category in the service catalogue. This would be very helpful for us. For example both sales, finance, admin, and legal would like to create service items in the category Administration.

Sounds awesome! I’m running my version in MSP mode, so I don’t have workspaces 😥
Enabling multiple workspaces to add service items to the same category would improve efficiency. Shared category access could help.
