Is there a comparable feature to Zendesk's Ticket Sharing? Or any workarounds others have used?

Hello Lesley,


Freshdesk allows you to forward the entire ticket thread to 3rd party users - this is similar to how you'd forward an email in your mailbox. The replies from the 3rd party users will be added as private notes and you can continue the conversation parallel to the actual ticket thread.
