When switching from Freshdesk to Freshservice, we lost the ability to shift click to select multiple tickets in a row. It would be nice to get the same functionality that was in Freshdesk into Freshservice as selecting multiple tickets is a pain without that basic shortcut.

Freshservice currently supports a list of keyboard shortcuts, which you can refer to in the article below. However, we understand your requirement to have the Shift + Click functionality for selecting a range of tickets, similar to the experience available in Freshdesk.
We’d be happy to take this forward as a product enhancement request and share the requirement with our Product Team for consideration.
