We are looking for a Shopping Cart like functionality within the Freshservice Service Catalog.

 

In our situation we have multiple Service Items configured as Bundles, but we need the ability for a user to request items across different bundles. Adding bundles is not an option, as all of these items need to be routed to different Agent Groups. This could be achieved with creating seperate tickets for all items, but this would create thousands of additional tickets in our instance, which is undesirable.

 

In conclusion, we are looking for functionality that allows a user to check multiple Service Items in the Catalog and request them in one go, regardless of bundle or service category.

This is also on our wish list! The Service Catalog is a great set up for our office supply ordering process, however we need a shopping cart to hold all requested items before completing a single checkout.

Will this ever be added? My organisation is on the fence about purchasing FreshService just because this feature is missing.

This would be nice but I would also suggest this have the ability to turn on and off on each Service Catalog Item and not have it for the whole Portal. 

 

We had this in our previous ITSM tool and it caused issues. If you can have it for only some and the ability to select from a form what items are to be visible without having to add them as its own Service Catalog Item and then hide that category would be amazing.
