Hi all,
There are so many great shortcuts within Freshdesk Support Desk, but there seems to be one missing to open the Recent Activities pane on the Dashboard. We as a company don’t really use the dashboard page so the only thing it’s used for is to view Recent Activities, it would be nice to create a shortcut to open this as it doesn’t open by default.
