The Requesters list view is currently extremely limited.
It only shows Name and Email. It is very painful to use currently.
Please add a search bar on top like in the “All Assets” view:
Also please extend the Requester (and Agents) columns with:
- All fields visible on the individual record
- tags
- last activity
- created date
- modified date
- ticket count
