It would be really neat if there was a "placeholder" for showing recipients who were cc'd on the email that was sent in to the service desk. For instance, we often receive requests like, "Please give everyone cc'd on this email access to x." It would be helpful if we could see everyone who was cc'd right in the email notification, without going into the ticket view.
