It would be awesome if company details can show directly in ticket "edit contact information" view.
When company information is actively used, this will save each user a truly many clicks per day.

+7If we could see all contact details here when looking at a ticket (INCLUDING TAGS) that would be amazing!!
+7Or a better example - if we could have the “tag” information readily visible it would help!
