Show Entire Numbers in Account Summary Widget for iPhone

The current IPhone Widget for Freshdesk doesn't show the complete information. The numbers in the account summary stop at 99+, which does no good for larger companies that get 300+ tickets each day. It would be nice to see the real number and I think that it would be a rather easy addition to the Widget that has a big impact for managers on the go and with an iPhone. See the attached image for a closer look!

Happy that you agree Shankar. Another feature that would be nice and easy to add - Each view should have the total number of tickets. Currently you need to scroll down to the bottom and sometimes keep on clicking on see more to get the total number of tickets in the view. This is very tiring. I am hoping that this can be added soon. The sorting is a nice recent edition.

Yeah, I agree it's not great experience either. We'll work on bringing counts on the number of tickets in every view to iPhone.

You can download the latest version of the iOS app here. The total number of tickets in each view is displayed alongside the view name.
