The file names of attachments in the ticket thread are truncated to a varying number of characters.
I have lots of files with long names that all start the same and can't tell which is which without opening each one.
I attach an example image of what I mean.
It would be great if the full file name was displayed
I see that this request was made 7 months ago with no response, but I was just about to request this same feature.
our customers have complained they are unable to read the filenames and we agree, it would be very useful to have the full filename displayed.

In the new MINT interface, the attachments are stored in a separate section on the ticket reply/ description and it now displays the complete file name without truncating the characters. Here's a snapshot of a file that has 200+ characters in the name:
