While there are a number of USER_INFO. fields that can be used, one i am missing is if the requestor is member of a specific requester group. we have a multitude of departments/companies (running in MSP mode), certain employees from various of those are supposed to see a specific tile, whilst the rest is not supposed to have those displayed. So filtering based on company/department isn’t really an option, job titles differ also, basically, the existing fields for such filter aren't applicable, i filter service items already by requestor groups, works like a charm, that option also being available in filtering what tiles are and are not displayed would make things better/easier.
