Show Preview of Last Ticket Note on tickets page & Notification for Recently Updated Tickets

It would be particularly helpful to add a column to show a preview of the last note on the tickets page.

Also, there is a popup notification that says there were updates, but when it is clicked on, there is no way of knowing what updates it is referring to.  So, either being redirected to a list or to have a little notification bell beside each ticket that has been recently updated would be helpful.
