It would be way more convenient, if the threads in the tickets would be shown as tabs in the ticket.
The situation right now is very confusing.
Furthermore there should be an third option to send a message out of a ticket, without “forwarding” the ticket. So i can mail with external participants related to the ticket, who shouldn’t see all the ticket details.
