When logging activity time for a ticket, cause the cursor to default to the time (HH:MM) field. Activities are most often added for and by the same individual. If the only item required to enter time, pressing the "M" hotkey, entering the time and pressing CTRL+ENTER will enable a user to enter time without their hands leaving the keyboard.
