+6The Admin and Agent Roles page should allow you to edit who’s assigned to that role and their scope from within the role your looking at. It’s cumbersome having to go into each Agent profile to make changes.
To dovetail from that, it would be helpful to allow assigning roles to an Agent group to quickly (and automatically) apply the same permissions to everyone who is a member of it.
+1Would also be nice to be able to export Admin/Agent roles to see the configuration of them in CSV format. Ideally, it would also show you what agents are assigned to each role. Would make auditing permissions far easier.
Assigning roles can being exhausting, also having the ability to remove roles from IT agents so that they DO NOT PROVISION! I’m sorry but I have lines of business that seem to think since they have the ability to perform the function that they’re approved to issue licenses

SOX/SOC is exactly why I added that - it’s near impossible to do ACCESS-01/02 testing for Freshservice agents.
