+2Currently, Freshdesk does not create a Sitemap of the content in our Help Center. Creating and submitting a Sitemap file to Google and Bing is an important step in our SEO initiatives.
We are aware of the current method but if we don't update this file every week then both Google and Bing will be perpetually out-of-date.
Please HELP to automate this process!
Is there any news from Freshdesk on this? Both Google & Bing seem like pretty big international players in the search engine market at least for europe & US.
+6We are super excited to introduce Sitemaps in Freshdesk. Every support portal of yours will have a separate sitemap generated and the same will be automatically updated every week to reflect any addition/deletion of content. Your pages will be crawled efficiently by the search engines, indexed faster and the discoverability of content will be a lot better.
