I see where you can push a notification to Slack via Observer when a note is added. This is awesome but if I add a note to a ticket that I am assigned, I do not need to receive the Slack push. Is there an way to resolve this?

Slack integration note notification
Hi Team,
I integrated Freshdesk with slack, but i am not getting notification from freshdesk to slack if we do any action on tickets. I have added the rules in admin->automation tab.
