SMS messaging from Freshfone

I am evaluating Freshfone and it looks good.  We use Google Voice and love the ability to text to our customers.  If we were to switch to Freshfone, we would lose that functionality. Is that on the product roadmap?

Absolutely, without this function, Freshfone is not as attractive.

It will make businesses more accessible to Deaf people as well. We'd love to be able to text with support.

Any updates to this?  SMS <-> Freshdesk integration would seem like a given, especially considering that Freshdesk uses Twilio as a phone provider and it would be trivial to implement -- it should operate just like Facebook Messaging.

Did you get a chance to look at the SMS integration with FireText?  Although a native SMS option isn't available yet, this has been lapped up by quite a number of our users.
