It would be beneficial if you could give individuals temporary access to a particular article or folder (rather than just giving just a group access), much like you do in SharePoint where you can grant people access to a file in a SharePoint location but not to the whole folder.
That way you can still keep the relevant permissions to the folder and the access expires eventually so that the administration of those articles is easier and you do not have to worry about moving articles out of a secure location just for a person to temporarily access it. Or add them into your group where they could get more access than intended or even have to export the Solution and print as PDF then send it.
