Solution Articles - Additional sort/filter options

I’ve been asking for years to do this - specifically to include the “review by” date so we can easily look ahead to se what’s coming up AND see which articles are missing a Review By date.

That’s a really practical suggestion. Having created/modified dates and filter options would make managing articles much easier, just like tickets. I’ve seen similar feature requests discussed on forums where people also highlight the importance of better article management tools.

This has been an Enhancement Feature I have requested in the past.  We can see the modified date inside the article, but not in the Solution Article TOC.  It would be divine to be able to see what articles were recently updated.  Particularly for those of us who share our Article with Freshchat or even an overnight Support service.  Great idea!
