As I’m bringing in multiple business orgs to FreshService, I’ve created a solution article that is a sort of “how to” for our tenant with best practices, etc. I cannot share this solution globally because each it requires a specific workspace (no option for All/Global), so I have to duplicate this article into each workspace to allow agents to have access to it.

They should be able to view the article even if it’s in another WS if you set to All agents.
