Solution Search Index - Reformat Needed

Hi,


See attachments. Is there any way to only show the title and a few sentences of the solutions? It is a great idea to auto populate these solutions when creating a new ticket, but huge blocks of unformatted text is not really helpful to clients…

Thank you for writing to us here and I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. 


I know it is not a very pretty sight to have these huge blocks of unformatted text coming up in the Auto Suggest. I have notified my team and they will soon be improving upon this.

Hello,


The related solutions section on the new ticket page lists the relevant solution articles matching the ticket subject. The article content is truncated in the list to give enough context to the user and also makes this section less clunky.
