It would be nice if you could have a light user for just creating and editing solutions for example. This user agent would not be able to do anything but create and edit in the solutions tab.
Currently I have a few users that we have allocated full agent licenses that I have restricted so they cannot do anything but create and edit solutions. This works well but is expensive considering they don't participate in any other areas of Freshservice. I know there are the day passes but these are complicated to administer I feel. I think it would be nicer to have a lighter agent license that you can purchase and assign to people at a cheaper price.
