Solutions articles are great, but they could use some improvements. For starters, when we’re working on updates to an article it is put into Draft mode, making it invisible to our Requesters. If an Agent forgets to hit Publish again, the article stays in Draft mode until our Requesters complain about not being able to find the information they need, and we have to go review all the Solutions articles to find any that missed getting Published. It would work much better if there were a kind of versioning system, so that version 1.0 stays up and visible while we are working on version X.X.
