hi there, is it possible to have a feature where clicking on a column title allows us to sort by ascending/descending order instead of the dropdown?
simple reason being some things can't be sorted, for example - "State", when I want all my "Response due" tickets to be at the top, it almost seems impossible or too difficult to do so.
same thing goes for the "Waiting since.." column
