Why is this not available already? Seems a nailed on way that everybody can easily manage onboarding tickets. Start Date is a default field so please make this happen.

Similarly, within the Offboarding Module view, granting the ability to sort on your Date Fields (or any of your fields for that matter) would be really advantageous.
