I want to be able to SORT the Columns (like in excel).
If I click on REQUESTER header, all the TICKETS should SORT A-Z by the requester name.
If I click on STATS header, all the tickets should sort and group by STATUS.
It's so simple.

+2Please, I’m amazed (in a bad way) this is not a part of your design. This is really common and users expect to be able to click on a table heading to sort the list by that heading: one click A-Z, click again Z-A.
This is really annoying. We’re about 50 agents in our Freshdesk instance. We recently switched from another helpdesk, and this was one of the first things that struck us -why on earth is this not possible in Freshdesk? I guess its a really simple thing to implement too.
