We need better Sort Options across Freshservice, but currently Solutions is our big pain point.
Sure, we can manually drag-and-drop, but there should be a sort option we can ‘set’ to start from, e.g. “sort A-Z” - THEN we can change from there.
Looks like this has been requested a few times over the past 3 years, but all the conversations I could find are ‘Closed’
