Sort Recent Activity by Agent on Dashboard

I am really struggling with this - I'm surprised that this is a topic that was raised four years ago, but has never had any traction. It is really difficult for me to be able to see exactly what any particular agent has been doing in Freshservice, and general reports like Agent at a Glance don't provide any real detail on what's going on.

What needs to be done to promote this request to the Planned list??
