Hi,

I am looking for an option to be able to sort my saved ticket filters/views either alphabetically or custom.

Can this be made possible?

Hi rashmi,

If I am correct these request are not the same, the request you mention is about sorting tickets.

My request is about sorting the saved views.

I am building an environment with 4 teams with 2 saved views each and they have to be able to see each other views. Now all views are sorted random. I want to be able to sort them.

example

My open tickets

My waiting tickets

Team 1 open tickets

team 1 waiting tickets.

Team 2 open tickets

Team 2 waiting tickets

Etc

Hello @Leon Duvivie ,

Thanks for your feedback. We have the option to star certain views so that those will always be shown on the top of the list. Hopefully that solves the problem here. Please let us know there are any other prevalent use-cases to support sorting on the list.

Thanks,
