Sound Notification

If possible, It would be great if there was an area where you could choose a sound notification because when I'm busy, I don't really check too often if there's a ticket coming in and then, the next morning when I check I see there's some tickets there that I could have answered earlier!

Another option would be a desktop application which would pop up in the corner of your screen with "One new ticket" or something but, that would take quite a while to code so... That's probably not a good idea (Yet).

You could always just use your sound rules in outlook (presuming your using outlook).

I believe using chrome desktop notifications would be a good idea.

I also think this would be a very good idea.  A desktop notification would be really handy.

Yeah, I use Chrome and many other people do as well (No.1 browser!) so that'd be perfect!

Yes,

HTML5 Notifications ( Supported by Chrome, Extension available in Firefox ) would be super so we could see new tickets coming in etc.

We now have the In-app notifications enabled in the helpdesk which also offers you to setup Desktop notifications . This feature is now live and it is available on all plans starting from Blossom.
