A useful feature for Freshdesk responses would be the addition of a spell checker.

Spell checker within response
It would be helpful if there was a spell check within the response fields as well as an alert that pops up like in an outbound Outlook/Lotus Notes e-mail that warns you that words may be misspelled.
Is there a status on this? The former thread shows the feature was implemented? We use Internet Explorer.
Speaking as a web developer, spell checking is something that should be done by the browser not the web application. If you don't have spell checking in your browser then you should consider moving to a more up-to-date browser. Chrome, Firefox and Opera have had this feature for quite a while and Internet Explorer has had it since version 10.
Spell check doesn't seem to in Fresh but does on other sites/tabs ok? has an update broken it ? is there now one in Fresh looking at the age of this thread ?
