Right now, there is a Splunk integration that allows Splunk to send alerts to FreshService. However, one of the things that I would like to do is send logs from FreshService to Splunk.
Our security team wants to ensure that SaaS applications we are using can also be monitored by Splunk. We can setup alerts for valuable workflows and would like to get the valuable logs that FreshService has into our SIEM.
To do that, I think some work will need to happen on the API to allow Splunk to pull those logs without requiring a download of the logs.
