doest it SSO work as automatic login or you have to fill username and passowrd too ?
Is there any way how to automaticly read credential from logged profile?

SSO Automatic login
Hello,
Hope you are doing well. Regarding your query on SSO, if it is that you are using an SSO for authenticating and if they are once logged in through that and if the session is active. Freshdesk should be able to detect the same and log them inside Freshdesk as well.
But it would be great if you could help us with more insights on your feedback that would be great.
