SSO configuration per product for multi product subscriptions?

I have a setup where I have the main company which then has lots of smaller support sites for each product.

Now for one of them I wanted to setup SSO so users could log in on wordpress or on my support system. However the moment I enabled it the parent company support desk was using the same SSO settings.

So is there a way to isolate SSO per product in the subscriptions which support it, as its a pain having to make users have 2 separate logins.

Is there any official stance on if this is correct behaviour etc? as I would like to know if there is a workaround or if there is coming functionality to fix this, or at least just hear that its not possible..

With the recent improvement to the product portal, we are again interested in breaking up our products into different portals.

However, SSO does not work with the additional products...

Any thoughts on how we should implement?

Hey Guys,

Sorry to keep you waiting.

Yes, We don't have the option to configure separate SSO configurations for portals of Multiple products yet in the product. However, We believe we could come up with a workaround for your concerns using Portal customization.

I will have a support ticket created for both of you guys individually and will get in touch shortly.

Manoj - keep me posted on what you 'work around' with this issue.  As you know, we need multiple product SSO.  Our team here suggest to be able to pass multiple values in the SSO key.

Thanks,
