Make it an option to logon via SSO to the status page, making it possible without having to verify logon every time you close a browser window...

+2I find it totally inconvenient that the email address has to be entered even though SSO is active.
How are you currently handling the status page?
Agreed, this should be part of the Support Portal and surely should also be SSO so you are not prompted to log in each time. Surely it should just open straight to the Status Page without asking at all because the customers would have had to have been logged into the Support Portal to get to it.
Seamless SSO for Status Page | Freshworks Community - this is the same request as well I found for this. May want to merge them but also this is a basic thing that should already be in place.
