We’d love to have option to create tasks that are independent of tickets.
example: We receive a request to create a distribution group needed for a 1-year project. The admin creates the group and wants something to remind them at the 1 year mark to delete the group. Right now we end up putting reminders in our personal Outlook calendars or To-do lists which are then useless if that agent moves on. We want something living within Freshservice.
As tasks exist now, we would have to leave that ticket open for a year or remove the requirement for tasks to be closed before tickets can be closed - which creates potential for even larger workflow problems.
