The button to start the timer, should be directly on the ticket screen and not in the popover.

There are quite a few keyboard shortcuts available that would enable you to perform some tasks swiftly. You can find the list of keyboard shortcuts available by pressing the '?' button. 


For adding a time entry, you can use the keyboard shortcut of pressing the 'm' button.
