Please create a status for things that have been deprecated. Contracts can expire, but there is not a way to indicate the software has been deprecated or services have been decommissioned. I would rather mark them as deprecated than delete them.

+2+2Just to reiterate, when we change software, we can’t disable, deactivate, or decommission a service or software. Same is true for assets. If I want to use Freshservice as my system of record for systems and services, then this is a major gap.
