Why is it that everything is manual in the Status Page?
You should be able to say to import certain Requester Groups or Agent Groups or people with specific attributes into the Status Page to be visible for them and then they themselves can choose which services to subscribe to. Thus preventing everyone from accessing every status page so you can customise who sees what, when.
They should also be able to choose how they get notified. Whether they select via email or application or teams...
