One of the main features of any IT status page is to monitor up/downtime of services automatically (IT SLA’s etc).
We have linked a number of alerts to Services in our FS instance but the only way to update the Status Page is by either;
- Posting to Status Page via an Incident
- Promoting an Incident to a Major Incident
A Status Page components should be able to be updated via alert linked service’s for historical downtime / uptime.
