Seriously, with ChatGPT, Copilot and Apple Intelligence, why we would invest in a tool like this one. We want a tools that help the IT work and manage their ticket and Asset Management, but since Freddy arrived, most of the time we hear about AI and not enhancement of the base of Freshservice.
Please develop the tool to help your users and stop wanting us to pay more and develop only that tool
I completely agree. It feels like Freshworks is focusing too much on developing new AI models rather than addressing core issues and adding essential functionalities. Basic features like survey forms adapting to requester language, workflow automations pulling correct status info, or linking software licenses to the right employee in onboarding are still missing. Many recently introduced features, such as offboarding, don't work as intended, and the usual response from support is to either wait for future updates or rely on third-party solutions.
Freshworks seems to keep releasing incomplete tools, leaving us with little to work with. It’s like buying a car without the wheels and engine, hoping they’ll be added later. We understand the push for AI, but it would be far more valuable if customer needs were prioritized and existing tools were fully functional before introducing new ones.
