Hi Aravind,


Sorry for not being clear. I'd like to be able to modify the order and presentation of the fields in the Agent view of a ticket. I might want to put some fields side-by-side in a two-column view too. Would this sort of thing be possible?

Hi Andrew,


As of now, the fields layout cannot be customised. You can probably check out this marketplace app - Custom ticket fields. Although it doesn't help you to structure the way how the fields are displayed, it allows you to show/hide fields based on group or product values. If making the ticket properties view less cluttered for agents is the goal, this would fit in right away.
