Support for Google Analytics 4 Tracking IDs?

Google will sunset their Universal Analytics product 01 July 2023.  See link → Make the switch to Google Analytics 4

I’m mentioning this because Freshdesk’s Goggle Analytics app only supports Universal Analytics tracking IDs and does not yet support tracking IDs for Google's replacement product, Google Analytics 4.

Can you tell please me if Freshdesk plans to update their Goggle Analytic app so that it supports Google Analytics 4?  If so, when?
