Support for pasting screenshots into item comments
We are bringing this option very soon in item description and comments. I'll update here as soon as it is available.
what is also needed is for the attachments in the FD tickets to sync to the items.
it's still quite a process to convert a ticket into an item with all the details
Hi everyone,
This has feature has been implemented. You can now paste screenshots while writing the item description or adding a comment. In addition to this, we also added the ability to insert emojis to allow our users to express themselves in comments :)
