The ability to embed a support model in Freshservice. That way it can be assigned against a Service or Application and when a team name is updated in the system it would automatically update this name or flag that it needs to be updated if the group is removed from the system.
Would also mean that you could escalate to that team according to what part of the system was down or needing attention. Can add them as part of the relationship according to what aspect of the Service they maintain.
