I noticed that the only way to add an image to an Agent's outgoing signature is that the image needs to be provided by means of a URL. This makes it extremely cumbersome if a customer wants to rely on a custom image, especially if there is a need to alter that image on a regular basis,
Please allow the ability to paste an image into the Agents signature as an alternate option over the use of a URL-based image.
