Please allow a single article to show up under more than one folder. There are many times when the subject of an article
For example. we may want to publish a "How to print..." article that we want to how up in the "Getting Started..." folder, but also under the "Reporting Tips" folder. We are currently migrating from a legacy version of Kayako to FreshDesk and Kayako supports publishing articles on a one:many bases. See an example below.
