It would be helpful if you added the capability in the Status configuration dialog to treat any user defined field as Closed. For example, I'd like to add values such as "Withdrawn," "Duplicate," etc. and want to treat these as Closed.
I found some other Community postings on this issue, but nothing that asked for this capability directly.
