Support the Ability to Disable the Tags Field on a Tickets

Hi,


Since Tags in FreshDesk are unilateral, we do not use Tags on Tickets because it will become confusing.  If there were separate Tags for tickets, we might, but there aren't.  Therefore, please consider a way to allow an Administrator to hide the Tags field on the ticket fields.
